My university’s student-run magazine, Nerve, published my first feature article in the first issue of the 19/20 academic year, and I could not have been more proud of it.
Using interviews with wonderful and successful women from across the Atlantic and closer to home, I was able to raise awareness for Body-Focused Repetitive Disorders, something that is very close to my heart, and I received many comments from readers about how they learned more about themselves, as well as about this group of disorders!
For about the past decade, I’ve suffered with a disorder called Trichotillomania. Here’s the NHS definition if you want to know more about it, and here and here are my past posts about the subject, if you want to know more from the horse’s mouth (or mine. whichever).
