In November 2019, I wrote a review article for my university’s student-run online news outlet, Nerve Now, about one of my most anticipated books of the year.
For the second issue of Nerve Magazine 19/20, I wrote a feature about the 25th anniversary of the iconic American sit-com, Friends. It was about whether or not audiences now, in 2019, were able to look past some of the show’s more problematic storylines and jokes, and how the nostalgia factor fits into this.

My university’s student-run magazine, Nerve, published my first feature article in the first issue of the 19/20 academic year, and I could not have been more proud of it.
Using interviews with wonderful and successful women from across the Atlantic and closer to home, I was able to raise awareness for Body-Focused Repetitive Disorders, something that is very close to my heart, and I received many comments from readers about how they learned more about themselves, as well as about this group of disorders!
